Purchased a lounge suite today, only trouble is taking until april to come. Will be worth the wait Im sure. Could not fault the service we had. Emily gave us her whole attention and was able to put what I wanted together. Her advice was very helpful and she did not hurry us into making a decision. I would happily shop there again.

We purchased a lounge online just before iso began. The order didn't go through but our card was charged. Devastated but I was not in a real hurry for anything during lock down. Once stores reopened in May I contacted the Frankston store as they're our local. Emily made return contact immediately and was so incredibly helpful in ensuring our card was reimbursed. Within a week every thing was worked out and we were back in store ordering our lounge. Thanks Emily! Side note: special mention to the in store designer Deb who helped us out with the sale. Now we wait patiently for our new lounge to arrive.

This review is SO late, but to the amazing woman that helped my partner and I with the cannes couch & chair combo around December last year, thank you so much. Amazing price, lovely people, will be coming back throughout our renovations for more <3

My first encounter with the store was with Georgia, she helped my partner and I, plus my 3 kids under 4, find a couch that was in stock and could be delivered in under a week. This is amazing considering all the other couches were not available until around jan. Second was with Emily over the phone, fantastic communication. She helped me buy a rug over the phone I was struggling to get online, gave me some advice on the look of the rug seeing as I had never seen it, only online. Mark who works in the warehouse was amazing. He helped me secure the rug to my car, and lent me straps. The level of service at this freedom is out standing. Everyone has been incredible. Highly recommend. I’ll also continue to shop here in the future because of these great experiences.

What a phenomenal team they have at Frankston Freedom. I have never experienced customer service like that before, anywhere. My husband and I have just sold our house and given all my furniture to my daughter and now have the luxury of buying all that we need for our new home. My husband and I popped into the Frankston store a couple of weeks ago for some inspiration in anticipation of our settlement, to see what we might like to style our new home with, when we were pleasantly greeted by Sarah M. She was such a breath of fresh air. So friendly and helpful. I hadn't bought furniture for more than 10 years, when I did my last clean out of everything, so I wasn’t familiar with all the different products. Her knowledge was incredible. She asked us about the spaces we needed furnished and the configurations of our new home. Letting us know of all our options and showing us other things that might go with what we were looking at. She gave us so much of her time and advice but was never pushy like a salesperson making you want to run a mile. She gave us space to discuss everything with each other but still not too far away when we had further questions. She is the true definition of what Customer Service is all about. It is because of her we have decided to furnish and style our entire home with Freedom exclusively. I explained to her that I do not have styling talent, so she told me about Deb W. What a fantastic a service!!! Deb met me at my new place and had done thorough research before meeting with me. I was astonished and thrilled knowing I was in such great hands. Deb was honest and forthcoming about my own ideas and explained how things might work better doing it a different way. We are limited on space, so it was great to hear her ideas, as they were things I hadn't thought about. We then met with Deb at Frankston where she had done further extensive research and had our whole meeting planned out and ready to go. She was so organised and helpful. It

Just wanted to commend Charlotte’s customer service and effort today. She went above and beyond compared to representatives that I’ve called at other stores and made the effort to get the rug I was after from Sydney, free delivery and more. Thank you!!

Wonderful experience at Freedom Frankston today. Shopping for a new bed, base and bedding is a daunting task. Emily and Deb made it easy and helped me choose the best items for me in a very relaxed atmosphere. Was very encouraging to know that the mattress I ended up getting is the same as what Deb has had for 8 years and is now getting a King Size of the same one. Thanks ladies 🙂

Purchased a new couch from freedom and the customer service in store was 10/10, so helpful and very patient while my toddler ran around the store. The couch was delivered within a week and the delivery team were amazing. So quick and took all rubbish away. Thanks to the frankston team!
